'Dhol' (45%) and 'Manorama Six Feet Under' (46%) mixed with critics, 'Loins' (63%) faring well

'Dhol' (45%) and 'Manorama Six Feet Under' (46%) mixed with critics, 'Loins' (63%) faring wellThe two new releases of the week, Dhol (45%) and Manorama Six Feet Under (46%), are both getting mixed reviews from the critics while Loins Of Punjab Presents (60%) has received a positive response.

The Priyadarshan directed comedy Dhol, starring Sharman Joshi, Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Khemu, Tanushree Datta and Rajpal Yadav, has opened to a below average response with the critics. Of the 13 reviews it has received so far, 4 of them have been positive, 4 average and the rest have been poor. It is currently at a 45%, which earns it a 'Below Average' tag. Meanwhile, Manorama Six Feet Under has fared slightly better with a 46%, which is still 'Below Average'. Of the 9 reviews we have for the film so far, 4 have been positive while the remaining 5 have been negative. This week also saw a minor release, Loins Of Punjab Presents. Despite having a very small release, the film is faring the best amongst the new releases with a 63%, which earns it a 'Good' tag. However, we currently only have 4 reviews in for the film so that number may rise or fall significantly over the next few days. In our review for Loins Of Punjab Presents, Subhash K. Jha says to "watch the film for its unstoppable flow of brilliantly witty one-liners and for bringing into play Bollywood's film-song culture without being a musical." Of last weeks releases, Aggar is at a 35% with 27 reviews which is very bad, while Nanhe Jaisalmer fared better with a 43% with 25 reviews, which is still 'Below Average'.
