People working at the Cadbury office at Worli received a delightful surprise today as Bollywood’s newest Director and Star of the much awaited movie Taare Zameen Par (78%), Aamir Khan joined them for the afternoon as part of the MiD DAY’s Kids Are Stars Contest.This recently launched contest was heavily promoted by the afternooner, among media houses, agencies and Corporate houses to help the movie amplify the cause of "Every Child is Special". The promotional text simply required contestants to answer a simple question based on the movie and send the SMS to 53650 to enter the contest and the lucky winner would win a visit by Aamir Khan to their office, that included not just meeting the star, but also having all his office mates join Aamir as he shares his vision for children and the inspiration behind his latest movie.
Nipa Shah, the contest winner from Cadbury said "Like most people I know I’m really looking forward to the movie and am a big Aamir fan. I am delighted that he is coming down to our office today. As news of his visit has spread, people from my office have been stopping by to congratulate me, and even thanking me as they get to meet him as well."
"I feel like a celebrity-for-the-day myself. And because Aamir is here in our office, it’s like the entire office is a winner," she adds with a chuckle.
