Mumbai: Mega superstar Shah Rukh Khan has always said he is happy with his feet firmly planted in 'Bollywood', adding "It's better to rule in hell, than serve in Heaven" when asked about doing crossover films in Hollywood.

Well, with that in mind, recently the actor expressed a willingness to be in other films beyond Hindi Cinema - Arab films - if invited by the filmmakers.

"It would be a different experience for me to work in an Arab film. And to any such offer from an Arab film-maker, I would say 'Assalamu Alaikum', without a second thought," SRK said in Dubai on Thursday.

Last week, SRK was honoured at the Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF.

SRK stated that Dubai felt like second home to him, especially because of its people and culture.

"The honour from DIFF is my first international award. Dubai is a wonderful city and I am happy to be here. The growth of Dubai is unbelievable. The infrastructure here is suitable for shooting of films," SRK said.

It will be interesting to see if any filmmakers take Shah Rukh up on this.
