ApunKaChoice is reporting that Yash Chopra is planning to cast Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan in his next directorial production. After toying with the idea of remaking the 80’s classic Khabi Khabi he has now decided to shelve that project and conceptualize another romantic film with both superstars in key roles.

Chopra has been known to have long breaks in between directing films, his last film being Veer Zara which was released in 2004. He currently is busy with son Aditiya’s movie Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. Once that movie has released he will focus on his project.

Speaking of The Big B, an article from the Bollywood Trade News Network states that the Indian channel NDTV Imagine is giving audiences a glimpse of Amitabh Bachchan in an exciting new role as host of a three part series, the shows title is called, “The Big B’s Den.”

The show is centered on the special programming NDTV has been giving towards the Bachchan’s Unforgettable Tour. For three consecutive Fridays beginning September 19, 2008, The Big B will have intimate conversations between all the tour cast members including; Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Preity Zinta, Riteish Deshmukh and music composers Vishal-Shekar.
